Sample order cancellations are permitted within a time period of 24 hours from the time of payment. The refunds for orders canceled within this time period will be processed and credited back to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 5 working days. Bulk export order cancellations and refunds are governed by the provisions of the respective order contracts signed by the buyer on order confirmation.
Return/Replacement guarantee is not offered on sample orders. Replacements for export orders are governed by the provisions of the respective order contracts signed by the buyer on order confirmation.
